Hydraulic Testing and Repair Methodology

Our Rancho Bernardo facility has over an acre of land that is covered by 12” of concrete.  These types of capabilities allow us to tackle any job and we consistently produce the highest quality work. 

1. We are capable of performing hydraulic testing as specified (between 2,000 and 2,500 PSI at 100 degrees plus.)  However, we can go above and beyond spec up to 4,000 PSI.  We utilize an assembly/disassembly bench to tear down the hydraulic cylinder (figure 1.1)

2. After the cylinder is disassembled it can be repaired then tested on our Cat HSC-30 (figure 1.2) and on our Cat Service Tech Hydraulic tester (figure 1.3).

3. We can also hone a cylinder if necessary on Century Machine, Model 86H-15, Serial No. 991001 (figure 1.4).
