S.O.S.^SM Services Web is a user friendly, secure application to help you monitor the impact of maintenance programs, applications, and operational factors on product health. This tool uses Internet access, so you can access your S.O.S.^SM results anytime and anywhere through your Dealer Web site. Easily print reports, graph results, print sample labels and follow actions taken on a component. Displays data and reports for oil, coolant and fuel samples. With S.O.S.^SM Services Web, its fast and easy to monitor to effectiveness of your equipment maintenance program. From the opening screen, you can view your most current sample information or perform an advanced search by multiple, user-defined parameters. Other features of the software include:

• EASY ACCESS
  Access S.O.S.^SM Services Web with an Internet browser and your Dealer web site. No software is required so you always have the latest version and any computer can be used to retrieve the information. Oil, coolant and fuel results are viewed directly from the database, no waiting for uploads.
• REPORTS
  View trends for the past 10 samples for a serial number. View and print a report anytime or data may be exported into other programs. Graph compartment results or use several machines to create charts.
• GRAPHS
  Create graphs from compartment results or compare results from several machines in a chart. Communication S.O.S.^SM Services Web has a built-in communication system that keeps a record of messages. Attach pictures and other files, detail any actions taken or maintenance performed on the machine. Use this tool to track costs.
• SEARCH
  Search S.O.S.^SM Services Web with two different search functions. One automatically loads all samples you have not viewed and sorts by overall evaluation. Spend less time finding your samples of interest and more time doing what you need to do. A more detailed, user-defined search function is also available. This search provides detailed descriptions and quick access to sample history.

Below are the minimum requirements for using the S.O.S. ^SM Services' application:

• S.O.S.^SM Services Web is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 5.5 or greater
• Windows 98 or later, Windows NT4 or later, Windows XP
• Recommended Screen resolution: 1024 x 768
• The cookies feature must be enabled in the browser settings
