Technical Analysis Inspections

Prevent unexpected downtime with a Techincal Analysis Inspection.  It's an inspection technique done by Hawthorne that can help control costs and downtime. We offer in-depth assessment of the condition of your engine and machine.  Our service team will visually inspect your machinery to assure it is operating at peak performanc eand efficiency  and inform you of parts or systems that need attention.  These inspections can be done on your site or in our service shops.

There are two levels of Technical Analysis:

1. Level 1 - A basic and thorough inspection that gives an overview of the machine's condition.
2. Level 2 - A more thorough inspection and involves prognostic servcie tools, such as the DataView system.  It also involves checking relief valve settings and system pressures.

After inspection, our experts recommend maintenance and repair options. Technial Analysis is an excellent way for you to have your equipment's planned indicators checked.
