Caterpillar Introduces their First Tier 4 Final Diesel Generator Set

Recently, Caterpillar introduced the Cat XQ375, the first Tier 4 Final mobile diesel generator set. Ideal for mid-sized power need, the XQ375 rental generator is powered by the fuel-efficient Cat C13 ACERT engine. Rated for standby operation at 375 ekW, the new XQ375 features greater power output than previous generator sets in this product category. Additionally, the XQ375 has enhanced sound attenuation and can change voltage faster. Caterpillar will introduce a full line of Tier 4 Final mobile diesel power modules ranging from 20 ekW to 500 ekW over the next two years.
