New | 3516C Marine Propulsion Engine (Tier 4)

The 3516C propulsion engine has available ratings of 2240 and 2350 bkW that are U.S. EPA Tier 4 emissions certified, IMO II certified, and IMO III compliant. Installation of these engines utilizes the latest advancements in Caterpillar designed Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) technology to comply with EPA and IMO emissions levels while minimizing customer integration impact and maximizing operating efficiencies. The 3516C engine’s design greatly enhances the back pressure capability, allowing the Cat Clean Emissions Module to be the most compact and efficient SCR system. Specifically designed for Marine applications, the Cat Clean Emissions Module offers versatile vessel integration options, serviceability, and lowest cost of ownership.
