Topics Covered | Safety + Maintenance + Operation
This one-day training will offer entry-level operators classroom and stick-time training for Wheel Loaders. Participants will learn how to safely operate and maintain a Wheel Loader.
Topics will include personal safety, machine safety, and work area safety. Participants will learn how to maintain a Wheel Loader by locating, identifying, and describing functions of the engine, powertrain, steering, braking and hydraulics. Participants will also learn how to complete walkaround inspections, locate, identify and describe operator controls, switches, and gauges. including warning levels.
Participants will have the opportunity for hands-on training with a Cat Wheel Loader. Stick-time training will include equipment startups and shutdowns, brake tests and basic operating procedures in various practical applications.
Cost | $200 Per Person
Includes lunch, training materials and equipment for stick time. Limited to six participants per session. Training classes are non-refundable.
