Operator Training. Virtual Technology. Real Results.

In a tight economy, productivity and operator training can make the difference between profit and loss. It’s well known that Cat® machines are the most productive pieces of equipment available. They typically outwork other brands hands-down. But, in today’s world of high technology, equipment operators need to thoroughly understand machine systems and applications to achieve maximum efficiency and to provide a solid return on your equipment investment.

Are Your Operators Reaching Their Full Potential?

That’s where operator training can help. These programs were created specifically to elevate experienced operators to higher levels of proficiency. Hawthorne Cat can teach your operators to run your equipment the way it was designed to run. Graduates return to your company with skill levels that will improve productivity, decrease downtime, reduce operating costs and enhance safety.

Hawthorne offers three levels of operator training and has custom options available to meet every job site environment. Our training programs include classroom instruction, simulator training and hands-on instruction.

Good operators move the maximum amount of material in the minimum amount of time. They run machines safely. They know how to cut down on unnecessary wear and tear. That is why certifying and investing in your operators makes sense.
