Improved core engine component design delivers a more robust engine when compared to previous models which may lower your total cost of ownership. Core components enhanced include:
          - Engine block
          - Cylinder heads
          - Crankshaft
          - Connecting rods
          - Main and connecting rod bearings

Power Density
The Cat C32B marine engine has improved power density, with upgraded horsepower ratings. Users benefit from more horsepower and enhanced power output, showcasing advancements in engineering for better performance.
- 1200 and 1300 hhp ratings now in A- Tier. This is a 20 to 30% power increase from a previous Cat C32 A- rating.
- 1450 hp rating elevated to B-Tier 20% power increase from previous Cat C32 B- rating
- 1700 C rating increased 18% from previous C- rated C32
Integration
Airless aftertreatment design simplifies vessel installation. The new design eliminates the need for expensive air compressors and lowers the cost of the SCR system.
Certified Emissions:
    - U.S. EPA Tier 4 and IMO II in approved emission zones
     - IMO III solution is switchable to IMO II in approved emission zones
Airless Aftertreatment solution
    - Eliminates expensive air compressor on
    - Less maintenance to air compressors
    - Less weight due to air compressor size
Wall Mounted dosing cabinet
     - Improved Serviceability: Easier access for amintenance and repairs
     - Space Optimizer: Frees up valuable floor space in engine room
     - Enhanced Movability: Facilities better movement and workflow in the engine room
