*Offer valid through June 30, 2026. Available to customers within the Hawthorne Cat territory only. Parts Next Day guarantee applies to Parts Only CVAs. Includes maintenance and common repair parts (not constrained) If parts are not delivered on time, customer receives a CAT credit up to $1000 based on parts cost. Parts ordered on weekends or holidays do not count towards clock. Machine Serial number must be on transaction to qualify. Based on “need by date” on order.
** Back to Work in 2 Business Days for common repairs applies to full dealer executed CVA including labor. Applies to “Parts and Labor” CVAs Only. Based on planned by date. Customer receives flat $1000 CAT credit if promised completion date not reached. Clock starts from the customer’s initial authorization and ends when the work is complete. Only for new or renewed CVAs, purchased after Jan 1, 2026.
Planned Maintenance Events are NOT included in this guarantee. Includes both field and shop service.
Customers do not qualify for both promises. If there is labor on the job, it will only be qualified for the labor commitment. If there are only parts, it only qualifies for the parts commitment.
