The Cat® App puts core equipment data in the palm of your hands. The mobile app equivalent of My.Cat.Com, the Cat App helps customers manage their equipment, gather real-time insights, connect with your dealership, request service and even make purchases on Parts.Cat.com, anywhere, 24/7.

Customizable push notifications keep users and operators alert on machine operating conditions without needing to open the app. Upcoming planned services, based on machine operation hours, are also sent to users, so that services can be scheduled when it will least impact production. Fault codes, like engine alerts, provide warnings of critical service issues that require immediate attention before major downtime occurs. Establish different time intervals for when an event notification is sent to ensure that it doesn’t negatively impact your work environment.

For users that prefer to access information via computer, data can still be easily accessed and uploaded on the Cat App’s companion site, My.Cat.Com, by logging in and providing asset information. To connect equipment without telematics reporting systems, users can self-install Cat PL-542 product link devices to their machines and connect them to the app.

Personalized Experiences for Every User

Designed for fleet owners around the world, the Cat App is available in 35 different languages and is available on both iOS and Android operating systems. The app is now available for download on Apple iTunes and the Google Play Store. Once downloaded, users may log into the app with their existing My.Cat.Com credentials to load previously stored Cat machine data. New users can sign up and enter their equipment into the app by clicking “Get Started”.
