Caterpillar Introduces New E-Series Hammers

Caterpillar introduces 10 new Cat E-Series Hammers for mini excavators, skid-steer loaders and backhoe loaders. The hammers are now available in silenced and side-plate versions and come in four sizes - H35, H45, H55 and H65. The two mounting configurations allow the hammers to be used on Cat equipment and other brands. The E-Series hammers contain 47 percent less parts than the previous series.

The Jacobs Medical Center recently installed four Caterpillar 3516 CHD standby generator sets. The generators had to be installed before construction could begin on the structure around them. The four generators were installed in just under an hour. The diesel fire generators will provide emergency power for the hospital in the event of a power loss.
