And our fleet of 30 service trucks are available to ensure your equipment is ready to go when you are. Customer Support Agreements = Good Value

By properly maintaining your equipment with a Customer Support Agreement (CSA), you can maximize the up-time of your equipment by identifying equipment issues before they cause failure - saving you time and money. CSAs typically include on-site preventative maintenance services performed to factory specifications by our Cat certified technicians.  Customers may also request  an S.O.S. Fluid Analysis and a subscription to Cat Product Link™/VisionLink™, our real-time condition monitoring management tool. Our experienced service team will customize your CSA to achieve a cost effective maintenance solution that will meet the specific needs of your business.

Fluids, Filters & More

Hawthorne Cat is the one-stop shop for outstanding service and support for your equipment needs. We are a full service provider for bulk and packaged fluids for all Cat and non-Cat makes and models.

Customers can request a complimentary S.O.S. Oil Analysis for all major oil-lubricated systems of your machine (engine, transmission, hydraulic system, and final drives) and a detailed walk around inspection (technical analysis). Our Conditioning Monitoring Analysts will provide you with a detailed report with recommendations to ensure your equipment is properly maintained to maximize the up-time of your machine.

State-of-the-Art Service Facilities

Hawthorne Cat takes great pride in our premier service locations. Our main service center in San Diego, California has over 50,000 square feet of floor space with 42 fully loaded service bays. Hawthorne is one of only a few service facilities in Southern California with an engine dynometer. Our facilities showcase metal lathes, a 30,000 ft/lbs torque wrench, line boring services, a stress relief machine, paint booths for large equipment, end mills, auto welders and the capability to re-shape and re-skin moldboards, dozer blades and buckets.
