The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has a regulation to reduce emissions from existing off-road diesel vehicles used in California in construction, mining, and other industries. The Regulation for In-Use Off-Road Diesel-Fueled Fleets (Off-Road Regulation) requires fleet owners to report to CARB and label off-road vehicles as well as reduce the emissions from older equipment. CARB is providing a unique training opportunity through Hawthorne Cat to help fleet owners understand and comply with the new regulations.
